Boys Elsewhere Speculate On Undiscovered Caverns And Caves; In New York They Fantasize About Secret Subway Tunnels
“subway tunnel alley pond park” (1/12/08).
Was supposedly built as part of the earlier “Independent” system (i.e., the A, B, C, D, E, F letter trains):
A subway station located below 212th Street in Queens Village. Supposedly, there are skylights on the sidewalk along 212th St and Jamaica Avenue, and a subway tunnel along 73rd Ave. right to Alley Pond Park.
And some still search for Aztec gold.
